MYSTERY TO ANGELS:

"What is man, that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou has made him but little lower than God, and crownest him with glory and honor."
(Psalm 8:4-5)

I am ever so awed by the wisdom and greatness of our God. To think that He'd choose us the new creation to be His partners in executing His master-plan of salvation for the world, amazes ones imagination. The greatest of it all, which the angels themselves are amazed at is that God would call us into fellowship with Himself through the Holy Spirit and also give us the Holy Spirit to live in us and teach us daily. The angels haven't got over that thought yet, Hallelujah! They are still seeking to understand its implication.

The angels of God are glorious beings, they know who they are; they are mighty and excellent in glory, but they are still amazed at what God has done for and with us, because as glorious as they are, God doesn't live in them. However, as "unworthy" as we were, He gave us a new life and made us His living tabernacles. This is a mystery to the angels; they don't understand the reason for this yet. And guess what? God chose us to explain it to them.

Every time we preach Jesus, and teach about the Holy Spirit, the angels listen. They love to listen to us, because it is something they only know about from the scripture, but they don't have the experience, they don't know what it is like; so they hear it from us. Read this beautiful verse: "To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God" (Ephesians 3:10).

This is the Apostle Paul writing to the Church, we are the ones from whom the principalities and powers in heavenly places get to know the mysteries of God and His multifaceted wisdom. The Bible lets us know that angels would have given anything to be in on this (1 Peter 1:12), but we've been chosen to explain the mysteries to them. Since this is part of our responsibilities as God's children, it means we must know the Word, live in the Word and live out the Word, as the expression of the living Word of God. Hallelujah!

EPISTLES OF CHRIST:

"Being Born Again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which lives and abides forever." (1 Peter 1:23)

The man in Christ is born of the Word of God. That makes him an offspring of the Word, (James 1:18) says, "Of his own will begat he us with the Word of Truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures." God gave birth to you by the Word of Truth, as the first and best of everything He made. It is so important that you're aware and walk in the consciousness of your status in Christ.

Now, since Jesus came as the Word of God in flesh, it means you are also the Word of God in flesh, 2 Corinthians 3:2-3 says, "Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men. For as much as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God, not in tables of stone but in fleshy tables of the heart."

Did you see that? You have been manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ. The epistle of Christ is the Word of Christ, which is the Word of God. Therefore, you are the epistle of Christ in Flesh, which means you are the Word of God in flesh. This is the revelation of the new creation, this is the revelation of true Christianity, True Christianity is the out working of the Word in you. When you talk, it is the Word, when you act, it is the Word. Your life is the revelation of the Word.

Recall part of what we read: we are manifestly declared to be epistle of Christ, known and read of all men.Meaning that, as they look at us, they literally can read the Word of God. No wonder we are the effulgence of His Glory, the manifestation of His righteousness. When we show up, Christ shows up. As He is, so are we in this world. We make manifest the savour of His knowledge, wisdom, grace and power in every place.

Praise be to God Almighty!!!

CHRIST'S CO-LABOURERS:

"Therefore said He unto them, the harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He would send forth labourers into his harvest."
(Luke 10:2)

The Lord Jesus in His earth walk went about the cities and villages teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom and healing the sick and diseased among the people.

The Bible says He saw the multitude and was moved with compassion for them because they were weary and scattered, like sheep without a shepherd (Mathew 9:36). This was the reason He asked the disciples to pray to the Lord of the harvest to send forth labourers to reap the bountiful harvest of souls around the world. you are that man, you are that woman, you are co-labourers with the Lord.

In 1 Corinthians 3:9, Apostle Paul said, "For we are laboourers together with God...", that means every Christian is a co-labourer with  God in building lives, and saving souls. John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son , that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life." God sent His Son Jesus to save the world and you are a partner with Him in the project.

He's already permitted you with the grace for an effective soul winning life and in 2 Corinthians 6:1, He implores you not to receive that grace in vain: "We then ,as workers together with Him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain." Acts 1:8 says, "But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you, and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem and in Judea and in Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

The Holy Spirit, who is the Lord of the harvest, lives in us today. You have to take advantage of His grace and power in you to be effective witness of the resurrected Christ. Recognize and take your place as a co-labourer with the Lord. Fulfill your calling every day, as a soul winner and a Kingdom builder.

GOD CARES:

"Casting all your care upon him, for he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)

Our opening scripture is remarkable. The Lord Himself is inviting us to cast all our cares on Him. He says, "Give me all your cares." You don't have to worry over anything in life, roll all your cares over to Him. Understand that you and God can not be caring about the same things, at the same time. If you are going to be fretful and anxious, He can not intervene, because your worries will stop His power from flowing your way.

Refuse to be anxious of nothing; Confess the Word and say, "I refuse to be anxious over anything. However, in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, make thy request known unto God, therefore His peace that surpasses all understanding garrisons my heart and mind in Christ Jesus."

Perhaps you are a parent, you have your son or daughter away somewhere and you think he or she might be in danger. Instead of crying out in fear, "Oh God! I don't know whats happening..."; say, "Father, I thank yo because I know that you care. You are in charge, therefore my child is protected."

Confess that God cares; Be conscious that He cares. Jesus Christ was so conscious of the Father; He spoke of Himself all the time. I have that consciousness. He says, "I will not leave you fatherless" (John 14:18) and He sent the Holy Spirit to take care of us, because He cares. We are not fatherless. There is someone who cares for you, that person is your heavenly Father, He cares about every details of your life. He cares about everything that pertains to you. He perfects all that concerns you and you are important to Him, He knows your name.

No matter the situation, get into your closet, shut the world out, shut the pain and tribulation out and lift up your hands And say, "I have a Father, the Almighty; He's King of kings and Lord of Lords, and He cares for me." You are not alone, greater is He that is in you than all the troubles in the world.

GOSPEL BLESSINGS:

"When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain. and I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel of Christ." (Romans 15:28-29)

Years ago, as I studied the words of the Apostle Paul in our opening scripture, I was elated that it was possible for someone to have the fullness of the blessing of the Gospel of Christ. This was not only for Paul and the rest of the Apostles, but for all of us Christians: it is possible to walk in the fullness of the blessings of the Gospel. What does this mean? It means to walk in the fullness of your inheritance in Christ.

No wonder the Apostle Paul made bold to say, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). In Galatians 2:20-21, he said, "I am crucified with Christ; nevertheless i live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I ow live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. I do not frustrate the grace of God..." (Galatians 2:20-21)

Walking in the fullness of the blessings of Christ is possible in this earth. As you walk in oneness with the Holy Spirit, you will discover that life is easy and stress-free, and free from every form of frustration. Nothing in this earth can frustrate me, because i walk in the light of the fullness of the blessings of the Gospel of Christ. I can't be overcome, I am an overcomer, because Christ is in me. This should be your meditation as well.

Live in the fullness of your inheritance in Christ. Christ has died, He has risen from the grave, he has won the battle for you already, there is no need to struggle for anything anymore. (1 Peter 1:11) talks about the sufferings of Christ and the glory that should follow. Live in the victory and glory of Christ. You are a victor for life. Glory be to God...Hallelujah!

ABILITY IN INSTRUCTION:

"Receive my instruction and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold."
(Proverbs 8:10)

Spiritual instructions may come to you in the most unexpected or unusual way, but be prompt to obey. Never try to rationalize spiritual instructions with your mind; the wisdom of God is foolishness to men.

Consider the Lord's instructions to Joshua for instance. After the death of Moses, God instructed Joshua to take over and subdue Jericho: "And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho and the king thereof and the mighty men of valor. And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days. And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and on the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets, and it shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the ram's horn and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with great shout and the wall of the city shall fall down flat..." (Joshua 6:2-5)

From the natural stand point, God's instruction was an impossible feat for Joshua and the children of Israel. The thickness of the walls of Jericho was such that houses were built on them. But Joshua followed the Lord's instructions and the result was victory for the children of Israel.

Our opening verse says to receive instruction and not silver. The Word of God is God's instruction manual for an extraordinary life of glory, dominion and victory, so do not neglect the Word. The Bible says, "Take fast hold of instructions, let her not go: keep her, for she is thy life." (Proverbs 4:13). Don't complain when you receive spiritual instructions, because with such instructions come the ability to accomplish whatever God tells you to do.

Be conscious of this when responsibility are presented to you to take care of, especially in the house of God. Once you have received the instruction to do something, recognize that you have received the ability for that task. Stir up the wisdom of God in you through speaking in tongues, and you will see pictures of possibilities and visions of success; the Holy Spirit will show you what to do and how to execute and accomplish the task given to you.

GOSPEL FOR THE LOST:

"This I say therefore and testify in the Lord that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind. having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart." (Ephesians 4:17-18)

The verses above reveal the dangerous plight of the unbelievers. They are in spiritual darkness and separated from the Life of God, Ephesians 2:3 further refers to them as children of wrath. That means children appointed unto the wrath or anger of God. What a terrible state for anyone to be! Ephesians 2:12 refers to them as "hopeless and without God in the world."

While still a student on campus, many years ago, I read this portion of Scripture and it got me thinking. i considered the students on campus that were living without God and thought, "Dear Lord, how could anyone live in such darkness? How could they go to bed at night and live another day without God?"

I was moved with compassion and began to intercede for them: "Oh, God, don't let them die and go to hell without receiving Christ. Help me to reach them, and tell them about Jesus," I felt constrained to tell them about Jesus, because nothing could be more damning than living without God and having no hope in the world. This should make you think about your friends, relatives, colleagues, neighbors and associates they are not Born Again. They are hopeless in the world without Christ.

You can't afford to let them keep living without god, drifting farther and farther into the abyss of darkness. Let the hopelessness of their situation compel you to intercede for them. Pray that they'd be delivered from the domain of darkness and the power of satan unto the glorious liberty of the sons of God. You may be the only one with the opportunity to touch their lives with the Gospel. Therefore, preach to them and teach them the Word. Tell them God loves them so much He sent Christ to die for them (John 3:16).

Contribute your time, effort and resources to soul winning. Be known for your passion for the Lord, His gospel and the souls of men.

EXTRAORDINARY FAMILY OF GOD:

"For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that he would grant you according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man." (Ephesians 3:14-16)

The Apostle Paul points out some deep truths in our opening scripture, which I will like you to notice. First, he lets us know that God has a family that is named after Him. Some members of this glorious family are in heaven while some others are in earth here. The ones in the earth include all of us that are Born Again, while those in heaven are God's people who have passed on to glory. Those in heaven are as real in heaven as we are in the earth, but it is one and always the same indivisible family.

He then prays for members of God's family on earth (the Church), to be strengthened with might by God's Spirit in their inner man. he wants them invigorated with miracle working ability. This is God's will for His children and it is simply wonderful and marvelous. No one amongst us is an ordinary person, each one of us can and should do supernatural things, ours is an extraordinary family of God.

never say "I am weak inside," "I can't face opposition," or "I am afraid...", the greater One lives in you. he is your strength; He infuses your spirit with supernatural courage, boldness and dominion. (1 John 4:4 says), "Ye are of God, little children and therefore have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world." The Spirit of God in you is all the power and strength you need against the pressures and adversities of life. be conscious of His indwelling presence.

When you are confronted with intimidating situations, just confess strength and not weakness or fear. Declare that you are strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power that is at work in you.

SAFETY IN ANOINTING:

"Little children, it is the last time and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists, whereby we know that it is the last time. The went out from us, but they were not of us, for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest, that they were not all of us. But ye have an unction from the Holy One and ye know all things." (1 John 2:18-20)

We are in the last days, therefore the activities of the antichrist referenced in our opening verses are already happening. Many have come in their own names, with false doctrines. A false doctrine isn't essentially the opposite of the true Gospel, but a perversion of it. Its objective is to deceive and lure men into believing a lie instead of the true Gospel of our Lord Jesus.

As a child of God, however, you need not worry about the cunning craftiness of antichrists, false preachers and teachers, because you are anointed of God and therefore can not be deceived. The Word says, you have an unction from the Holy One and you know all things. the anointing of the Holy Spirit that is on your life, safeguards and helps you discern the right teaching of the Gospel from false doctrines.

1 John 2:27 says, "But the anointing which ye have received of him abides in you and ye need not that any man teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you all things and in truth, and is no lie. And even as it has taught you, ye shall abide in Him." The Holy Spirit is the Lord of the Church, and when you hear the Word of God under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the same Spirit in you will bear witness with your spirit, that what you are hearing is the truth.

The implication of this is that you won't find yourself deceived, tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine; rather, you'd be established on the truth of God's Word, it will certainly also guide you in the natural things of life, because the lesser is included in the greater.

GOD'S HQTRS IN YOU:

"Jesus answered and said unto him, if a man love me, he will keep my words and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him and make our abode with him." (John 14:23)

I knew a long time ago that wherever i am is God's headquarters, because Jesus said He and the Father would make their abode in the heart of the one who loves Him and keeps His Words. As I meditated on this several years in prayer, loving Jesus became real to my spirit and I understood what Paul meant when He said, "For the love of Christ constraints us..."(2 Corinthians 5:14). What he meant was that our love for Christ compels us.

Colossians 1:26-27 says, "Even the mystery which has been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of Glory." This is the secret of the key: Christ in you. This was what Jesus meant when He said, "when a man loves me, my father will love him and we will come and make our home with him." You become a Christ in you person. Christ takes up His abode in the quarters of your heart. Where will that take you?

Let's read Colossians 1:28-29: "(Christ) Whom we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: where unto I also labor, striving according to his working, which works in me mightily." The Apostle Paul understood this and acknowledged that he functioned and operated by the working of God that worked in him mightily.

No wonder he said, "I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me." With this consciousness, you realize that certainly, nothing is impossible because anything is possible. It is all about Christ in you, working in and through you. You'd never have to struggle for anything, because He is working mightily in you, causing kings to obey you and everything you do to succeed. The secret, however is loving Him. When you do, He will set up his headquarters with you and your life will be from glory to glory, you will become fruitful and productive in all things.

CHRIST'S STRIPES:

"When the evening came, they brought unto Him many that were possessed with devils; and he cast out the spirits with His Word and healed all that were sick. That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the Prophet, saying; Himself took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses."
 (Mathew 8:16-17)

In Isaiah 53, the prophet by revelation foretold the sufferings of Christ, His passion on the cross and gives us a picture of His crucifixion; "He is despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief:  and we hid as it were our faces from Him, He was despised and we esteemed Him not. Surely He hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted" (Isaiah 53:3-4). This was what Mathew quoted in our opening scripture. The Lord Jesus took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.

The Hebrew word translated "borne" in Isaiah as "nasah" and it means, "to carry or take away," while the word "bare" in (Mathew 8:17), is  translated from the Greek "bastazo," which also means "to remove or take away." Both words connote taking the burden of another upon oneself and carrying it away, which is what Jesus did with our sicknesses and diseases.

There are those who say, "When you are sick, Jesus comes to you and shares your sickness and pain with you." No, He doesn't, He took them away so that you would never have them. Why are many still sick then? It is because they are ignorant of what He has done for them already. he died that you might have eternal life (Zoe). This Zoe life is full of God's Glory.

It makes no difference if you feel pain or symptoms of sickness in your body; stand your ground in faith and declare, "I refuse to be sick." Every so often, declare, "I walk in health in the Name of Jesus."

NOW ANEW:

"Therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creation; old things are passed away, behold all things are become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17)

There are certain truths about the new creation which, as a Christian, we must be conscious of and live by. These are not promises but established truths in God's Word-present hour realities. One of such is our opening verse above. When you received Christ into your life you became a new creation. "If any man be in Christ, he "is" a new creation." "Is" is a "now" word-a present hour reality. You are not going to be a new creation when you get to heaven, you are a new creation now. Your new life started the day you made Jesus Lord of your life.

An important truth in our Kingdom is about the Word as God's cleansing material and agent of change. Jesus said in (John 15:3), "Now ye are clean through the Word which I have spoken unto you." It doesn't matter the depth of a man's sin, if he would give attention to God's Word, he will be cleansed. God's Word cleanses your system of all unrighteousness and every anomaly, sickness and diseases inclusive.

Another of such glorious realities is that we are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ. "And if children, then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if so be that we suffer with Him that we may be also glorified together" (Romans 8:17). To be a joint heir with Christ means everything that belongs to Him, also belongs to you, in the same way and degree that it belongs to Him. Both of you own everything hundred per cent together. Therefore, like Him, you have also been appointed heir of all things. No wonder Paul said, "...all things are yours" (1 Corinthians 3:21).

The Lord Jesus took your place of sin and condemnation that you might become the righteousness of God in Christ. Now, you are one with Him, having His life and nature in your spirit. these and ore are present hour realities of who you are and your placement in Christ. Study the Word to know more and take a hold of your inheritance in Christ.

EXCELLENT GLORY:

"For if the ministration of the condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excels." (2 Corinthians 3:9-10)

exodus 34 tells us how Moses had been in the presence of God for forty days and forty nights, receiving the "Ten Commandments." The commandments were few sentences that ordinarily, shouldn't require a whole day to pen down. So why did Moses stay forty days and forty nights to receive them? It was because to Moses they were not mere commandments, they were life.

Afterwards, as Moses stepped down from mount Sinai, Aaron and all the people looked at him and saw that his face shone with the Glory of God, and they were afraid to go near him (Exodus 34:30). There was such radiance of glory, emanating from the face of Moses that he had to use a veil to cover his face, because the people couldn't stand the glory of God. How did the glory rub off on him that much? It was from meditating on what God said.

Moses contemplated God's Word so much that he didn't know his face was radiating with the glory of God. The Word of God is where the glory is. the Word made such impression on Moses that it impacted his physical body. From then on when Moses went to pray, he took of the veil. But when he came out to the people, he covered his face.

The Glory we have today far exceeds the Glory Moses enjoyed. We don't need a veil on our faces, the glory is in our spirits; "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18). As we behold the glory of God in the Word of God, we are metamorphosed from glory to glory.

CREATE YOUR THOUGHTS:

"Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." (Proverbs 4:23)

Some define thoughts as imaginations, but thoughts are more than imaginations. imaginations are pictures or images of the mind that interpret your thoughts. Thoughts are powerful, they cab deliver to you a glorious life, or keep you on the sideline of life. The Bible says, as a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7). You are the character of your thoughts.

If you'd let the world dominate your thinking, it will give you the right mindset of victory, success and dominion with visions of limitless possibilities. (Romans 12:2) says, "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewal of your mind..." When your thoughts are consistent with the provisions of God's Word, your life will be a reflection of His Glory, for the Glory of God is in the Word.

Consider Joshua; the Lord said ti him, "...See I have given into thine hand Jericho and the king thereof, and they mighty men of valour" (Joshua 6:1-2). How was he supposed to see the victory ahead of the battle? It was with the power of his mind, his thoughts and imaginations. If Joshua hadn't seen the victory in his mind, Israel would never have possessed Jericho. What does  that tell you? It means, the extent of your vision is the boundary of your blessing. How far you can see with your mind, through the power of thoughts is how much you will possess..

What do you see? What are your thoughts? Discipline your mind; choose the thoughts you accept. This marks a difference between the one who is disciplined and turns out to be a success and the one who isn't; Direct your mind to think the right thoughts. You're the one to choose the way your thoughts must go, you are the one to create your thoughts: "...whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report...think on these things." (Philippians 4:8)

Chris Tomlin - How Great Is Our God

KNOW THE WORD:

"Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillful teaching the truth] the Word of Truth."
(2 Timothy 2:15 AMP)

For you  to live a joyful life, and be the full expression of the will, righteousness and glory of God, you have to know the Word for yourself and live by it. Those who don't know the Word of God can hardly fulfill God's desire and plans for their lives. The Word of God made you (1 Peter 1:23), and except you live by the Word, you will not be the "YOU" that God dreamed of, nor fulfill His destiny for you. This is why we teach the Word and encourage God's children to be students of the Word. you must know the Word for yourself.

Don't live on the basis of assumptions. Don't let people influence you with their "RELIGIOUS" opinion of God. Don't accept that something is from God just because it sounds good, nice or religious.

Jesus said in John 5:39, "search the scriptures...", Paul said in 2 Timothy 2:15, "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth." The Word of God is the mind of God expressed; his will written and expressed for us. What an extraordinary advantage, that you can study the Word for yourself, understand it, and live accordingly. It is a great blessing. Hallelujah!!

The measure of your glorious and victorious life will be the degree of your knowledge of God's Word and how much of it you put to work. It is not about how long you have been a Christian, it is about how well you know and  apply the Word of God. Thank God we have the unparalleled advantage of the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, who grants us understanding of the Word. He is the Author of the Scriptures, so as you study, you can depend on Him solely to guide you and grant you insight into divine mysteries and secrets.

Give the Word your attention and time, study and put your heart in it. If you want to live a life that is beyond the ordinary, it is by the Word of God through the Power of the Holy Spirit.

LOVE IN OUR EYES:

"By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one another." (John 13:35)

If you want to experience a greater manifestation of the Spirit of God in your life, love is the way. Walk in love, love is the more excellent way. The love of God in you can be so palpable that it literally radiates through your eyes. There is no secret what God can do, and through you when you radiate His love, so much so that it is seen in your eyes.

When I got hold of this many years ago, I became more conscious of what the Lord could do through me, with my eyes burning with love. Once I was sick, I asked that they all be on a straight line, I didn't touch any of them, I only looked at them, knowing that as I stood there Christ was looking through my eyes. The demons couldn't stay. Each one of them received healing instantly, just by me looking at them.

Through the years, I have met several of those who were healed in that very meeting and they never forgot it. They recalled how a look of love dispelled their infirmities, because there is something about us. There is something that works through us, it is the power of God's love.

Our eyes are windows of the Spirit through which God looks at others with love. Treat people with compassion see them with the eyes of love. Let love be more than a topic to you; let it be life. relate to people in a way that they can see and feel your love. People were attracted to Christ not just because He was a miracle worker, but because they could sense that He loved them. They felt His love, including little children (Mathew 19:14). He was the revelation of God's love. Make this your testimony too. Let those around you see Jesus in your eyes. Let your love be so strong that people are constantly drawn to you.

WE'RE GOD'S SEED:

"Yet it pleased the Lord to Bruise him, he hath put him to grief; when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand." (Isaiah 53:10)

The Holy Spirit, speaking through the prophet Isaiah didn't only foretell of the coming of the Messiah as an offering for sin, but also that He shall see His "seed" who shall prolong His days. the seed of Jesus is the Church. So, through the church the Lord Jesus prolongs His days. Jesus came into this world, lived, conquered, died, was buried, resurrected and ascended to heaven. But His life continues today through us. we're the ones living out His life today. He's living through everyone that is Born Again.

Isaiah 53:8 says, "...he was cut off out of the land of the living; for the transgression of my people was he stricken." But that is not the end of it. The world thought they were through with Him, but then came you and I. We are the seed of Jesus Christ. When you show up, Jesus shows up. We are continuing His works and prolonging His days, when Jesus was raised from the dead, God had you and me in mind. We were raised together with Him. And as He is, so are we today in this world, Hallelujah! (1 John 4:17)

Acts 1;1 talks about, "...all that Jesus began both to do and teach." This refers to His teachings about God's Kingdom and the accompanying mighty works of miracles and healing. Reading further into the book of Acts, you will find that the Lord continued to teach and do the same things through His apostles whom He had chosen. They in turn delivered the same message to some others, until finally got to us and it is still going on and will continue until Jesus comes.

2 Corinthians 5:20 describes us as ambassadors of Christ and we are indeed, His representatives on earth today, teaching that same things He taught and expressing His righteousness to the world.

CONTINUE IN FAITH:

"Oh! foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, received ye the Spirit by the works of the law or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?" (Galatians 3:1-3)

As you study the entire book of Galatians, you would understand why Apostle Paul made the statement in our opening verse, chiding the Galatians' Christians; they had strayed from the message of the Gospel, the Word of faith, which they had received. Some false teachers came teaching them that they had to obey the Law to be justified, as a result their faith began to waver. Decrying their deviation from the message of faith, Paul asked them, "...having begun in the Spirit are ye now made perfect by the flesh?"

He wanted them to remember how the received the Holy Spirit, it wasn't through obedience to the Law, but by faith. The salvation they had received didn't happen by keeping the Law; "For by grace are ye saved through faith and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9). Your righteousness and right standing with God aren't the results of your good works, they are by faith of Christ, the result of what He did.

Galatians 2:16 says, "Knowing that a man is not justified by works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified." The righteousness, which is by faith, doesn't rely on the works of the Law, but on the faith in God that justifies the ungodly (Romans 4:5).

By faith, you received eternal life and the Holy Spirit to live in you. By faith, the righteousness of God was imparted to your spirit. Therefore, continue in faith, grounded and settled, and refuse to be moved away from the hope of the Gospel, which you have heard (Colossians 1:23)

VICTORIOUS DOMINION IN CHRIST:

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shall be no priest to me; seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." (Hosea 4:6).

God said through the Prophet Hosea that His people are destroyed, defeated and broken because the lack knowledge. Meaning that, their bane isn't that they lack faith or are not making the right effort, the reason they aren't walking in victory and dominion is their ignorance. This, therefore means that as God'd children, we must keep making conscious efforts to learn and be taught God's Word. If you have more accurate knowledge of the Word, you'll live in victory and dominion every day of your life, irrespective of any adversity.

Some people think that living in constant victory and dominion isn't possible, the truth is that they are wrong. To hold such a belief is to ignore what Christ came to do, He came to give us the Life and Nature of God; the transcendent life. In John 10:10, He said, "The thief comes only to steal and to kill and to destroy, I have come that you may have life and have it more abundantly." He didn't come to establish another religion, because the world already had enough of them before He came and Christianity is not a religion.

Perhaps you never thought it's God's idea for you to enjoy your life, now you know. But how can you enjoy life when things are not right with you? How can you enjoy life if you are ignorant of all that He's provided for you in Christ? This is why you must have a personal relationship with God and His Word, so you can know how to live in absolute victory every day. The Word of God is able to build you up and cause you to live the kind of life God desires for you; a life above struggles and pains; a life of glory, righteousness and dominion in Christ Jesus. Amen!

FELLOWSHIP IN LOVE:

"Jesus replied, If anyone loves me, he will obey my teachings. My father will love him and we will come to him and make our home with him."
(John 14:23)

I want you to understand the language of the Spirit in the opening verse. Why would Christ say, "If a man loves me, my Father will love him? Didn't the Father already loved everybody? The Bible says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believed in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16). Jesus came because the Father already loved everybody. So, what other love is He referring to here? He is dealing with fellowship, love grows with fellowship.

When you recognize and reciprocate love, you get more love. As you reciprocate the Father's love, He further demonstrates His love for you in a peculiar way; He will show the world that He loves you. Having believed in the Lord Jesus, one of the most beautiful thing you should crave and practice is rich fellowship with Him.It should be your lifestyle, because there is no love outside fellowship.

Fellowship means oneness of Spirit, a sharing or communing together. 1 Corinthians 1:9 says, "God is faithful, by whom you all were called unto the fellowship on His Son Jesus Christ our Lord." 1 John 1:3 also says, "...truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ."  We have been called into fellowship with the Lord and there can be no fellowship without communication. Commune with Him often and seek His thoughts, opinions, counsel, and guidance in all your endeavors. This is something you do consciously in response to His love.

Your fellowship with the Lord is unique to you. He doesn't have, has never had and will never have a copy of you; so, He cherishes your fellowship with Him through the Word and the Holy Spirit, you get to know Him more and your life becomes the expression of His love.

POWER AT WORK:

"And these signs shall follow them that believe, in my name shall they cast out devils...they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover."
(Mark 16:17-18)

The Lord Jesus never exaggerated, He spoke absolute reality. What he said in our opening verse is something you should consciously demonstrate or prove, knowing that one who said it never lied to anyone. You are to lay hands on the sick to receive healing, you have the ability in the Name of Jesus.
The Lord Jesus will be remiss to ask you to do something you couldn't do or for which He hasn't enabled you to do. He said in Mathew 10:8, "Heal the sick, cleanse the leapers, raise the dead, cast out devil..." This is for every believer in Christ; step out of faith and take healing and health to people in your world, and in the region beyond. Someone might however lament, "when I pray for people, they get healed, but when I get sick I'm not able to help myself."

Many have found themselves in this dilemma. It is similar to what happened to Elisha who was so anointed of God but died sick. In 2 Kings 13:20-21, some men were about to bury a man when they spotted some raiders, hastily, they tossed the corpse into the sepulcher that contained the remains of Elisha. As soon as the dead body came in contact with Elisha's bones, the dead man came back to life (2 Kings 13:21). This happened long after Elisha was dead, his bones retained the anointing.

Thou Elisha died sick, God's power in him didn't fail. We can conclude that it was Elisha that did not choose to apply that power to his health or so to say. You are supposed to apply the same authority Christ gave you, to heal the sick in your personal life. Christ the healer lives in you, acknowledge this reality and function with the consciousness in your daily activities. When you do, everything that is not of God; sickness, death, lack, poverty, failure etc., will have no hold over you anymore.

SUCCESS MINDED:

"So as he (a man) thinks in his heart, so is he." (Proverbs 23:7)

The lack, poverty, sicknesses, diseases and wickedness of the world aren't essentially the reasons most people suffer. The greater problem has to do with their minds, their thinking. The mind has to be programmed for success with God's Word. Until that happens, it makes no difference where you place them, where they go and what happens to them; the will keep failing.

You can re-programme your mind with information from God's Word. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "Therefore if any man be in Chrost he is a new creature, old things are pssed away; behiold all things are become new." This is infornmation from the Word for yuo to think upon. Youare not the same old person that hitherto experinced failure, stagnation etc. that creature is dead; you are full of success and the life of God.

Perhaps you were told that you were born with an incurable disease, thats not a factor anymore, becaus eyou have the lidfe of God in you now. No sicknesss disease or infirmity can thrive in your body. Your way of thiking has vchaged, you have a new information, spiritual knowledge and information from God's Word that has re-programmed your way of thinking, and your life is thus transformed.

When your mind is programmed for success, you don't join others to complain of hard times, instead you think yourself as a success as a light in a dark world, irrespective of the surrounding situation. It does not matter how bad the economy of the country where you live might get'; you are the seed of Abraham, your prosperity isn't predicated on the economy of your country. let this be your thinking.

LOVE AND EMULATE HIM:

"Be ye therefore the followers of God as dear children." (Ephesians 5:1)

The word "followers" means "imitators." It is suggestive of following someone as a pattern, model or an example. It is akin to going after somebody, following how he does what he does. So, in actual context, it can be rendered, "Be ye therefore imitators of God." It simply means copy Him, act and talk like Him, because you are like Him. Someone might ask you, "Isn't that going to far, to say we're like God?"

Well, we didn't even know until God told us so in His Word, through Apostle John: "Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgement; because as he is, so are we in this world" (1 John 4:17). You are not inferior to God, neither are you His counterfeit, just like Jesus, you are the express image of His person, the Word says as HE (Jesus) is so are we in the world. We are like him now.

This consciousness would give you the audacity to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the leapers and be a blessing to the world, just like Jesus. It will inspire extraordinary compassion in you to preach the Gospel and win lost souls back to God. Consider the account in Luke 7:12-15. The Bible tells us how the Master was moved by a widow's cry, whose only son had died and was being carried for burial. The Lord, full of love and compassion, raised the young man back to life.

Like the Master, you must back compassion with action. Express the love of God to others. Romans 5:5 says, "...the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given unto us." Therefore in conclusion, walk in love as Christ also has loved you, so as to maintain a continues Christ like life in you.

LOVE ARENA:

"By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another."
(John 13:35)

What should matter the most in your life should be love for God and those for whom Jesus died for. This will make you think differently about God and about people. You will have a love language, and not be judgmental towards people, the compassion of Christ will be unlocked within you and you will find yourself functioning in higher levels of the anointing of the Spirit of God. You will become a helper and a lifter of others, one who is touched and moved by the infirmities of others, so much so that you want them well.

Love will inspire and compel you to intercede passionately for the sick, the lost and also for those who persecute you and have set themselves up as your enemies. Your prayer for them will be from deep within your spirit, that is the prayer of love, it is unselfish and unconditional. The Word says while we were yet sinners, God demonstrated His Love for us; "But God commanded his Love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). Jesus died for us not after we became Christians, but when we didn't even know God. If He loved us so, in spite of our wrong doings, we should do the same.

This should be your consciousness, function in love. True faith works by love (Galatians 5:6). Love should therefore be the character of your life, language and expressions. Love isn't a subject to be merely discussed or expressed. Let your heart burn with the love of God and express it not only to God, but also to those for whom Jesus died.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:

"They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness...I have said, ye are gods and all of you are children of the Most High. But ye shall die like men and fall like one of the princes."
(Psalms 82:5-7)

Our opening scripture describes the pathetic fate of those who are ignorant of God's Word. They die like mere men and fall like one of the princes, because of their lack of knowledge and understanding of spiritual realities. However, such folks can experience immediate transformation when they apply the principle for change, which the Lord Jesus taught in Mathew 13:15. It read thus, "For this people's heart is waxed gross and their ears are dull of hearing and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart and should understand then I should heal them."

What happens when you hear, know and understand the Word of God is that the healing power of God works automatically in your life, you'll functions as gods. In Acts 19:11-12, we read that handkerchiefs and aprons were taken from the body of Paul. When those material were placed on the sick and demon possessed, miracles happened. the demons left, sickness, no matter what kind were all healed.

Paul experienced such tremendous manifestation of the miraculous because he came to know and understand something that others did not understand. It was Paul who wrote what we read in 2 Corinthians 3:18, understand that the Glory of God was upon Moses's face, that same Glory has come to reside in our spirits. He was the same Apostle who wrote that the Spirit of Him who rose Jesus from the dead, dwells in you and has quickened, vitalized your mortal body.

These would tell you of the understanding of the man, Paul and his comprehension of the Gospel of Christ. This ought to be your knowledge and understanding of the mysteries of Christ as well. You have to come to the understanding that because you are Born Again, no sickness, disease or infirmity of any kind can remain in your body; Not when you know that the same Spirit  that raised up Jesus from the dead lives in you in His fullness.
