TRANSFUSED WITH POWER:

"Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man" (Ephesians 3:13-16).

Notice the Apostle Paul’s construction in the verse above. He used the words "strengthened" and "might." meaning miracle-working ability; while strengthened means invigorated. So Paul’s prayer above is for you to have a "power transfusion" whereby you are invigorated by the Holy Spirit!

Being imbued with such power, weakness or failure can’t be a part of your life. There are some Christians today who are weak spiritually; they are afraid and unable to make serious decisions in life. There are even others who are broken, dejected and sickly because they have not taken a hold of health from within. The opening scripture shows that God wants you to be tough inside by having your spirit transfused with His miracle working ability. That means you have to consciously pray the words in the opening verse for yourself.

Your outward appearance doesn’t matter. Someone may look at you and call you weak; but say, "I know who I am; I’m strong inside, because I’ve been transfused with the miracle-working ability of the Spirit." Never let fear express itself through you. You can declare right now, "I’m invigorated with miracle-working power by the Holy Ghost, and His power is manifested through me today."

YOU'RE A HEAVENLY MAN:

"The first man [was] from out of earth, made of dust (earthly-minded); the second Man [is] the Lord from out of heaven. Now those who are made of the dust are like him who was first made of the dust (earthly-minded); and as is [the Man] from heaven, so also [are those] who are of heaven (heavenly-minded). And just as we have borne the image [of the man] of dust, so shall we and so let us also bear the image [of the Man] of heaven" (1Corinthians 15:47-49 ).
Philippians 3:20

Being born again, you are born of the Word of God (1 Peter 1:23); in 1 John 5:1, the Word declares that you are born of God. Being born of God means you are in His class; you are an associate of the God-kind. You are more than a mere creature of God; you are a partaker of His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4).
The Bible says for as He (the Lord) is (heavenly and divine), so are you in this world (1 John 4:17). Remember that the Lord Jesus, in the New Testament, is referred to as "the first begotten of the dead" (Revelation 1:5). That means He is the first to be born again; He heads up this new species of beings called the Heavenly Men: "…if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17).
As a heavenly man, you have the unending and indestructible life of God; you have been raised to operate at His level. This doesn’t mean you are equal with God; it only means you are now in His class. You can relate with Him at the same level, just as a human being relates with another human being. If you have a child, for example, your child can relate to you as a human being, and not as a dog or a cat that belongs in a different class. That is the point!

God remains the Sovereign one; our heavenly Father; but He has given us eternal life; thus lifting us to His class of being! You are now one with Him; this is the Gospel; that eternal life has been manifested; and anyone can have and live the divine life now by believing and confessing the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

HE NEVER LETS YOU DOWN:

"…There is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother"
(Proverbs 18:24).
Hebrew 13:5

In this world, we all have friends—people we relate with, talk with, share with, pray and play with, and whose company we enjoy. But even the best of friends may sometimes let you down or disappoint you in your hour of need; not because they want to, but because they may be unavailable, or not have the right words to say to you at the time. Then of course, it is possible for them to get tired of your "issues" and eventually give up on you, because they feel you aren’t going to change.

But there is a friend that will never let you down. He will never disappoint, fail, or give up on you! He is never tired of you, His Name is JESUS (EMMANUEL). Those who know Jesus as a friend don’t seek the help or favour of men! What you need is to have a private, personal relationship with Him. And you don’t need to go looking for Him, for He lives in you! You can talk with Him, and He will talk to you. He is inside you, yet He is with you. He can talk to you inside you, and also talk to you from the outside! He is the dearest friend you could ever have, and He has the wisdom and ability to see you through the most difficult situations.

The Bible says "…He (Jesus) is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them" (Hebrews 7:25). He will go any length to help you. He already proved it through His death for you on the cross. He will never give up on you or condemn you! Let Him be your closest friend; don’t be ashamed to identify yourself with Him for He loves you exceedingly. He will never be ashamed of you and He will ALWAYS be there for you, even to the end of the world (Matthew 28:20). Start each day by saying "I love you today, Lord Jesus." Develop that relationship with Him through His Word and the Holy Ghost.

LIVING SUPERNATURAL EVERYDAY:

"According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3)."

In Christ Jesus, we have received the transcendent life. It’s a life of glory, virtue, excellence and perfection. It’s a life for the miraculous every day! Though He lived and died in our place as a man, His life on earth was an unending stream of the miraculous. He showed us an example to follow; letting us know we can do the same. He felt pain and got tired and hungry like every one of us, and the Bible says "...he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross" (Philippians 2:8).

Jesus fasted like we do today, "to keep the flesh under," because He wanted to obey God. He needed to be anointed by God to do the impossible (Acts 10:38); and prayed often. As Christians, we can and should also live as He did. If you follow His example, and practice His Word, you’ll certainly have the same results He had while He was on earth; you will live every day in the miraculous!
We actually don’t have any excuse; Jesus did everything He did for our sake; we are to learn of Him and live victoriously as He did—in the supernatural—every day!
